Shipping Policy

At Leah & Lila Boutique, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods such as sale events, holidays, or high-demand seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may take slightly longer. We will do our best to keep you informed.

If your order cannot be processed due to incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or stock issues, we will contact you by email before proceeding.

2. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the United States — no minimum order value required. Your order will be shipped with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.

3. Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times for the United States are:

        Standard shipping: 6–10 business days

Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is typically 7–12 business days. These are estimates and not guarantees. In 98% of cases, orders arrive within the stated timeframe.

Delays can occasionally occur due to:

        High order volume during sale periods or holidays

        Weather conditions or natural events

        Carrier delays outside our control

        Customs clearance (for international shipments)

We will do our best to keep you informed if a delay affects your order.

4. How We Ship

To offer you the best prices, we ship products directly from our supplier warehouses. This direct-from-supplier model allows us to keep costs low and pass those savings on to you.

We work with reliable international carriers including UPS, DHL, and similar tracked shipping services. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package in real time.

Please note: tracking information may take up to 3–5 days after shipment to become active in the carrier's system. This is normal and does not mean your order has not been shipped.

If you did not receive a tracking email or your tracking number is not working, please contact us at info@leahlila.com and we will assist you right away.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Leah & Lila Boutique ships to the United States. For domestic U.S. orders, no customs fees apply.

For any international shipments, please note that customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If you need clarification on applicable rates, please contact your local customs office prior to ordering.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us or becomes undeliverable due to an incorrect address, a $25 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover reprocessing and logistics costs.

8. Refused or Uncollected Packages

If you refuse delivery at the door or fail to collect your package within the carrier's specified timeframe (typically 5–7 days), we are not responsible for the package and cannot guarantee a refund. A $25 handling fee will apply if the package is returned to us.

9. Damaged Items Upon Arrival

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

1.      Email info@leahlila.com within 7 days of delivery.

2.      Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the damage.

3.      Our team will validate the issue and send you a free replacement — no return required.

4.      Once your replacement is shipped, we'll send you new tracking information.

10. Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, please email info@leahlila.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow our standard Return & Refund Policy.

11. Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your package appears to be lost, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us at info@leahlila.com and we will investigate and work to make it right.
