RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Leah & Lila Boutique, we want you to love everything you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After this window, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

       Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

       All original tags attached and in original packaging

       Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

       Underwear, bras, swimwear, tights, and other hygiene-sensitive items

       Items marked as Final Sale

       Personalized or custom-made products

3. How to Start a Return — 4 Easy Steps

1.     Email us at info@leahlila.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.     Our team will review your request and send you a return form with the return address within 1–2 business days.

3.     Pack your items securely and ship them to the address provided. Include your completed return form. Use a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4.     Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Important: Do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns without a return form will not be accepted.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help.

5.     Email info@leahlila.com with your order number and the size/color you need.

6.     We will send you a return form and exchange instructions.

7.     Ship your original item back to us using a trackable method.

8.     Once received, we will ship your replacement free of charge.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

We take quality seriously. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

9.     Email info@leahlila.com within 7 days of delivery.

10.  Include clear photos or a short video showing the damage or issue.

11.  We will validate your claim and send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on our end.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to cancel:

       Contact us immediately at info@leahlila.com after placing your order.

       Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed for shipment.

       Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return policy applies.

8. Declined or Undelivered Packages

If you refuse delivery of a package or it is returned to us undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a $25 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and logistics costs.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.

9. Return Shipping Address

Our return address is provided by our customer service team upon approval of your return request. We work with international fulfillment partners, so return addresses may vary. We do not offer prepaid return labels at this time.
