Please note: our products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses. As a result, all applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and will be assessed by your local postal service or courier upon import.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. A $25 handling fee applies if a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable.
Any special customs clearance charges and/or import duties beyond standard shipping are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We process orders quickly. Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing your order by emailing info@leahlila.com. Once an order has entered processing or been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
